DELIVERY WITHIN IRELAND MAY TAKE 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. DELIVERY COSTS €5 AND IS FREE ON ALL ORDERS OVER €50. PLEASE NOTE, ORDERS ARE NOT PROCESSED FOR SHIPMENT ON WEEKENDS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. FOR REASONS OF HEALTH AND HYGIENE, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS ON BRUSHES, LIP PRODUCTS AND MASCARA. WE CANNOT ACCEPT COSMETICS WHICH HAVE BEEN OPENED, TESTED OR PARTIALLY USED. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO FAULTY OR INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED GOODS WHERE YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE UNAFFECTED. IF YOU DO RECEIVE A FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCT, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY.
UNFORTUNATELY, IF YOU RETURN AN INGLOT PRODUCT, THE COSTS AND RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH POSTAGE ARE YOUR OWN. RETURNS PROCESS

SIMPLY FILL OUT YOUR RETURNS SHEET, RESEAL YOUR PACKAGE AND SEND IT BACK TO THE ADDRESS ON YOUR RETURNS SHEET. ONCE WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ITEM(S) WE WILL CONSIDER THE CONDITION OF THE GOODS BEING RETURNED BEFORE AUTHORISING REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. AFTER ACCEPTING YOUR RETURNED ITEMS, WE WILL REIMBURSE THE PRICE YOU PAID FOR YOUR GOOD(S) TO YOUR ORIGINAL CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD. UNFORTUNATELY, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO RETURN PRODUCTS PURCHASED OUTSIDE OF IRELAND OR NORTHERN IRELAND.
