Order confirmation & shipping

After you have placed your order with us, you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include your order number, products you have ordered, delivery cost, shipping, and billing address. Once your order is in the ‘processing’ or ‘shipped’ stages, we cannot make any modifications to your order, and it cannot be cancelled.

Delivery within Ireland may take 2-3 business days. Delivery costs €5 and is free on all orders over €50. Please note, orders are not processed for shipment on weekends or on public holidays, once your order has been shipped you will receive an alert from our shipping partner An Post, prior to delivery, you will receive a tracking number which can be tracked on the An Post website. Once your order leaves our warehouse, if you have any queries about your order after it has been shipped, please contact An Post directly.

We cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries that are due to circumstances out of our control.

Returns & refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return items to Inglot headquarters, Ireland within 14 days (from the delivery date) for a full refund. When posting, please remember to include a copy of your order confirmation along with the items you wish to return to:

Please note: There are no returns available on any bundle or sale items.

Terms and conditions on your return

All items will be refunded if returned within the stated timeframe and if they are unused, unopened and have not been removed from the original packaging. For reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns on brushes, lip products and mascara. We cannot accept cosmetics which have been opened, tested, or partially used. This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected. If you do receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.

Unfortunately, if you return an Inglot product, the costs and risks associated with postage are your own. We regret that we are unable to cover return postage costs or refund the original postage charges unless the return is due to our own error, therefore, original postage costs are non-refundable.  

It is advisable for you to obtain proof of postage at the post office as we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged items through the post.
