The Information we collect

Your name and telephone number allow us to book an appointment with our MUA’s and to communicate with you in relation to this booking
Where you grant your consent your name and email address can be entered into competitions, prize draw’s or events run by us.
We do not store any payment card numbers once the transaction has been completed. We will share this data with credit card companies to facilitate the order process as per your order confirmation.

We share some of your personal data with trusted third parties to allow us to provide our services to you. When we do share your data with these third parties we only provide the information they need to perform the service.

An Post, Paypal, Cashflows - For the Payment & Delivery of online orders
Constant Contact-For the distribution of our Newsletters
Facebook, Instagram, Google Analytics- Social Media Platforms to show you products you might be interested in
We may receive information about you from third parties, such as partners we run competitions and events with, for example, organisations we work with, or from publicly available sources.

Keeping your Personal Data
We may also keep hold of some of your personal data if we are required to do so for legal purposes, for example, to meet our legal or regulatory requirements or to prevent fraud and abuse. For example, we will keep your order data for 6 years after you place an order with us to allow us to comply with our legal obligations with The Revenue Commissioners.

If you have an account with us, you can also unsubscribe by selecting the newsletter tab in your account. Here you can untick the box and this will automatically unsubscribe you from our newsletters. If you receive something after doing this, please email our customer service team and we will look into this immediately for you.
