After you have placed your order with us, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order. This email is your receipt and can be printed off if you wish. This email will include your order number, the details of the products and prices, any promotions and your delivery costs and address, as well as billing address.

Once your order is in the ‘Processing’ or ‘Shipped’ stage/(s), we cannot cancel or modify your order.

If you did not receive a confirmation email after placing your order please email customerservice@inglotireland.com  Include your order number if possible

To make changes to your order please email your required changes & your order number to customerservice@inglotireland.com. Please do this as soon as possible after you have placed your order. Once your order is in the ‘Processing’ or ‘Shipped’ stage/(s), we cannot modify your order.

Yes, you can request to cancel your order. To do this please email your order number to customerservice@inglotireland.com. Your order can be cancelled if it has not already been processed & shipped. Once your order is in the ‘Processing’ or ‘Shipped’ stage/(s), we cannot cancel or modify your order.

You will receive an alert from our shipping partner, An Post, prior to delivery of your order. You will receive a consignment number that you can use for tracking your order delivery at An Post. An Post shipment tracking will show you the exact location of your order and will indicate the estimated delivery time for your order.

If you have any queries about the status of your delivery, we suggest that you contact An Post directly.

If you did not receive any tracking information once your order has been shipped please, please check your Junk / Spam Mail. If you still cannot locate this email, please contact us by emailing customerservice@inglotireland.com. Include your Order number.

Products are wrapped in bubble wrap, crepe paper and delivered in a durable bubble envelope. Home deliveries are subject to promotional offers, however, these are at the discretion of Inglot UK & Ireland, are non-transferrable and may not be reproduced in any form or used in conjunction with any other offer. Deliveries are expected to take 24 – 48 hours (with the exception of weekend and bank holidays as above) at a charge of €5/ £5.

Shipping is free on all orders over €50/ £50. We use An Post Shipping as our shipping partner.

If your purchased your product from inglot.ie or Inglotuk.com website please email customerservice@inglotireland.com. Include your order number. We also require pictures of the faulty/ damaged product.

If you purchased the product from an Inglot store please return to that store with the receipt. If you purchased the product from a stockist, please return to that stockist with the receipt.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return items to Inglot Headquarters, Ireland or to any of our Inglot stores within 14 days (from the delivery date) for a full refund. All items will be refunded if returned within the stated time-frame and as long as they are unused, unopened and have not been removed from the original packaging. For reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns on brushes, lip products and mascara. We cannot accept cosmetics which have been opened, tested or partially used. This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected. If you do receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.

Unfortunately, if you return an Inglot product, the costs and risks associated with postage are your own. We regret that we are unable to cover return postage costs or refund the original postage charges unless the return is due to our own error, therefore, original postage costs are non-refundable.

We are happy to accept your online purchase for exchange in any of our nationwide stores (Stores and Contact Details are listed on inglot.ie). However, exchanges may only take place in store and are not available online. Although we will be happy to assist you in returning your order and completing a new order for the new item(s) you may wish to purchase online.

Simply fill out your Returns Sheet, reseal your package and send it back to the address on your Returns Sheet. Once we have received your item(s) we will consider the condition of the goods being returned before authorising refunds or exchanges. After accepting your returned items, we will reimburse the price you paid for your good(s) to your original credit or debit card. Unfortunately, it is not possible to return products purchased outside of Ireland or Northern Ireland.

You can also return products if you call into an Inglot Store.

It may take up to 10 working days for your refund to appear in your bank account.

If you have received the wrong product, please email customerservice@inglotireland.com. Include your order number, the name of the incorrect item you received & the name of the correct product. If you have not received part of your order please email customerservice@inglotireland.com. Include your order number & the name of the products missing from your order.

Sign up for the Inglot MUA discount, you can do so by presenting physical copies, in your preferred Inglot store or by emailing photos to online@inglotireland.com, of the following:

A college certificate** (see list of accepted qualifications below)  and/ or proof you are working in the industry by means of pay slip or business card and photo ID

You will receive a store card that you can present in any Inglot store to avail of your MUA discount.

If you already have a PRO MUA discount card, please send a digital copy of it to online@inglotireland.com along with the email address that you use to log into your account on the website so that your discount can be applied online. You will be notified when that is done.

Simply send an image of your Makeup Artistry Course Acceptance Letter to customerservice@inglotireland.com  along with a photo of one form of ID and we will review your application as soon as possible.

If you have not yet signed up for your Inglot student discount, you can do so by presenting physical copies in your preferred Inglot store or by emailing photos to online@inglotireland.com of the following: a letter of attendance from your college stating expected completion date, the qualification you will obtain on completion of the course and photo ID. 

You will receive a store card that you can present in any Inglot store to avail of your student discount.

To avail of your discount online, please send your email address and a digital copy of the requirements listed above to customerservice@inglotireland.com . It is important that you create an account on the website as your email address will be assigned the student discount. 

If you already have a student discount card, please send a digital copy of it to customerservice@inglotireland.com  along with the email address that you use to log into your account on the website so that your discount can be applied online. You will be notified when that is done.

Yes. Gift cards purchased in Inglot stores can be redeemed online. Please follow these steps:

1. Email online@inglotireland.com

2. Send your full name, address & mobile number

3. Include the list of product, shades & quantities you want to order

4. Send the gift card number
